Taking inspiration from the Seoul night scene, NoFlex is an immersive lounge on the margins of Koreatown. It’s hard to miss the impressive house-made graphics shining from the 72-foot LED wall behind the bar. Additionally, the modern furnishings and graphics give No Flex a strikingly vibrant, stylish, & warm ambiance. The menu is authentically Korean, with a selection of kkochi, temaki & tapas dishes along with the main courses, all of which come in perfect portions. These were some IZON favorites:
Teriyaki Asparagus Yakitori
This teriyaki asparagus skewer grilled over charcoal was presented superbly and grilled to perfection. Its smoky undertones shine through and combined with the teriyaki sauce produce a top-tier asparagus dish.
Black Cod
This dish features black cod marinated in a savory miso sauce that imparts a deep umami flavor that enhances its natural flavor. The fish is tender, flaking effortlessly with a fork and offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience. This makes the black cod a standout option.
✩ Spicy Crab Fried Rice ✩
The Spicy Crab Fried Rice was our favorite item on the NoFlex menu. It’s a delightful mix of vegetables, egg, & crab all perfectly balanced in proportion. Additionally, its elegant & neat presentation makes this fried rice turn heads, with streaks of elements lining the exterior & the primary crab right in the middle. Moreover, the dish was absolutely delectable. This balance of ingredients harmonizes into a savory masterpiece that smoothly encapsulates what the ideal fried rice should taste like. Therefore, the spicy crab fired rice is a must-have for any visitor of NoFlex.
NoFlex brings the distinct vibrance & taste of Seoul nightlife that you can’t find anywhere else in the city. The variance available in lighting, music, & visual effects makes its environment adaptable to a diverse amount of moods.
