Signature dishes such as IZON team got a chance to taste are Mechoui Lamb Shank and Roasted lamb shank, honey harissa glaze, creamy potato purée, the Lamb with Spinach Baby spinach in mild sauce.
The lamb was so pure and it melted in your mouth like butter.

Our least favorite dishes we ate was the seafood Chraime of Salmon Onion, tomato jam, harissa, caper berries and Seared Red Snapper Warm lentil-citrus salad, artichoke hearts, oranges, green olives. It lack flavor in the seasoning which led the fish to be dry and bland are just a few examples of the culinary treasures one can find here.

For those seeking a delightful end to their meal, the dessert selection features Moroccan sweets Mango Qalb Louz Cheesecake ground toasted almonds cinnamon orange blossom and mango the dulcet taste was mouthwatering, orgasm in your mouth, moist, flavorful, memorable, and exceptional, offering a modern twist on classic flavors.
