Urban Retreat: Staycation Adventures in NYC

Given the busy and hectic schedules of New Yorkers, it is important to take a step back and enjoy some personal time to relax.   1. The High Line

The High Line is an elevated public park that was built on top of a historic New York railroad. Now, it is a continuous 1.45 mile long park that has a variety of greenery and community activities that is open to all. For an overnight option, the High Line Hotel is a federal landmark that doubles as an ideal location for a staycation. For a more outdoorsy activity, there are trails where you can hike as well. For an escape from the city and a tranquil environment, Cold Spring is a picturesque retreat. Located along the Hudson River, it offers scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure.

The Brooklyn Flea, held every weekend beneath the Manhattan Bridge, showcases an array of vintage and antique goods.
