Let’s talk food, we ordered their 5 hr cooked pulpo chorizo, an amazing dish with Spanish influences, the flavors are strong and rich.
Oysters Rockefeller as appetizers , their take on this classic is perfect , if Rockefeller isn’t your fave, they have other oyster platters.
Truffle cheese fries , with loads of cheese and the perfect balance of truffle, these fries are a must try.
For mains , the star dish: The grilled branzino, yes it comes in a chest that’s how good it its.
And the 48hr short rib, soft, rich and so flavourful!
For cocktails we got 3 of their signature drinks created by their cocktail chef Erin Gabriella.
Not only were they delicious but also innovative, you won’t find anything similar anywhere else.
Of course we had to finish the night with some dessert, all 3 options were breathtaking you can’t go wrong with any..
